The New Horizons Foundation commissioned FMI to study the changing project risk environment focusing on three converging trends; earlier cost certainty, accelerated schedules, and delegated design.
The study concluded that these core risks were merely the tip of the iceberg. This session will examine these and additional sources of project risks including retaining a skilled workforce to meet growing demand, post-Pandemic supply chain disruptions, calamitous contracts, and a host of increasing risks unknown before the last decade.
