Zach Piercy started his career in sheet metal as a Project Manager. As a natural problem solver, Zach has managed some of our largest projects. Leveraging his background in project management, Zach began building our project controls team in 2012, this department has enhanced our capacity to handle large-scale projects and provides support for project managers.
While overseeing our project controls team, Zach utilized his passion for technology to develop applications and paperless processes. These changes played a vital role in propelling our company's growth to $110,000,000 while ensuring that our workforce remained manageable. Today, Zach is our Director of Commercial Sales and continues to develop applications to track clients, hit rates, and forecast workload.
In recognition of his contributions, Zach received the SMACNA Innovator of the Year award in 2022 and the 2019 Purdue University Building Construction Management Early Career Award.
