Dwyer Consulting Services (DCS) is a management consultancy serving the construction industry. As principal and founder, Brian works across multiple disciplines to help contracting firms grow profitably and achieve operational excellence. Having previously worked for several national and multi-national general contractors throughout the Unites States, he has first-hand experience managing large complex construction projects in both the public and private sectors. Prior to founding DCS, he worked for seven years as a senior consultant at FMI Corporation.

By leveraging an extensive knowledge of project delivery methods, controls, risk management and industry best practices, Brian has a distinct ability to help contractors develop and execute strategic and operational objectives.
