Rick Reese

As a senior consultant with FMI, Rick works with a diverse group of general and specialty contractors. Rick’s focus at FMI includes consulting on various strategic, financial and operational issues. He uses his deep understanding of the construction community to identify specific challenges and provide custom solutions to his clients. Rick is skilled in the facilitation of productivity improvement processes and strategic planning. Prior to joining FMI, he was a regional manager with a large national specialty and service contractor. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force holding a wide variety of leadership positions. Rick holds a master of business administration degree from Webster University and a bachelor of business administration degree from Campbell University.
