• The 2023 SMACNA Annual Convention is being held from October 15-18, 2023.

• The SMACNA Annual Convention is the premier opportunity for members and chapter executives to discuss emerging industry trends and business topics, as well as network with leading service providers, manufacturers, and peers. In addition, you can attend great social functions like the Meet & Greet Reception, PAC Reception & Dinner, College of Fellows Golf Outing, and the Closing Dinner and Show.

• Standard Run of House Room Rate: $335, plus taxes and fees. The hotel room rate includes a $20 daily resort charge, plus tax of 12.57% (subject to change). Please note, rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  For more information regarding room rates and the hotel, please click here.

• The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 22 miles/30 minutes from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa and is serviced by all of the major airlines.
• Transtyle Transportation is the recommended transportation service for SMACNA and the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. Round-trip and one-way car service is available to and from the airport starting at $90 each way. Please contact Transtyle Transportation by calling 480-948-6131 or by going on their website: www.transtyle.com. Reservations are required in advance.

• In October, temperatures begin moderating from the summer’s heat, leaving days mild and nights cool.   Daytime temperatures average in the mid-80s, with nighttime temperatures falling into the low-50s. 
• All business functions will require business casual attire. Resort casual is the dress code for social functions. The opening Meet & Greet Reception and PAC Night will be held outdoors on the grass, so please wear flat and/or comfortable shoes. A light jacket might also be in order.
